With a minimum order of $200, you can enjoy completely personalized and customized pieces, meticulously designed to match your chosen theme, colour scheme, and event details.

From Inquiry to Celebration: The Process

1. Explore and Inquire

Begin your journey by reaching out through the contact form below or by direct email. Share your event date, details, initial ideas, and any specific items you have in mind for your event!

2. Proposal and Quote

We'll share our list of offerings and our portfolio for inspiration, allowing you to select the items you wish to rent. This includes various rental options, colours, and more for you to explore and customize.

3. Booking & Securing the Date

We accept a limited number of orders and packages per week. To secure your event date, we ask for a signed contract & booking deposit. Items can still be added and changed after, this is to provide your baseline order and secure the date.

4. Gathering the Details

As your event date approaches, we collect all the personalized details needed for your signs. This stage is where you share essential specifics: names and dates for the welcome sign, seating chart arrangements, signature cocktail names, as well as any font, wording, and design preferences.

5. Design Drafts & Production

As we begin working on crafting your personalized signs, we'll present you with mock-ups for your approval. Designs need to be finalized 2 weeks before the event.

Once designs are finalized, we move into the production phase, crafting your custom signs!

6. Time For Your Event!

Pick up your signs or have them delivered and set up by our team. Signs undergo a quality check upon return to ensure their pristine condition.
